Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join Clear View Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the heart of Russellville. This role offers full‑time and part‑time shifts.

Shift Information

Shift Type: Full‑Time and Part‑Time Shifts available

Schedule Type:
Hours: FT 3P–11P | PT 6:30P–7A

LPN Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance
  • Record the patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate)
  • Collect the patient’s health information
  • Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians
  • Give oral medications and injections to patients
  • Test a patient’s blood sugar levels
  • Urinary catheter insertion and care
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene
  • Monitor for changes in patients
  • Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients’ medical records
  • Ask questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse
  • Act as a role model for ancillary personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records
LPN Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state
  • Up‑to‑date first aid and CPR certification
  • At least one year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred
