About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Project Manager specializing in construction projects. This role is designed for an individual who can effectively manage projects from start to finish while working remotely, coordinating with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders across various locations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, leveraging technology to maintain seamless communication and oversight.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to significant building projects without the need for on-site presence, working in a flexible, results-driven environment that values autonomy and expert delivery.
- Manage all phases of construction projects , from planning and design to execution and closeout, remotely.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using project management software.
- Coordinate effectively with on-site construction managers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
- Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage projects remotely using digital collaboration tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
