About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at a key facility in Rustenburg . This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of site activities, managing resources effectively, and achieving operational targets. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, supervising on-site personnel, and implementing best practices to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, hands-on environment within the North West province.

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations and protocols on site.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Management or a similar supervisory role.
