About the Role

Our client seeks a highly skilled Senior Project Manager specializing in Construction to oversee significant projects in Rustenburg . This role demands a leader with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring adherence to stringent timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction operations, managing multiple stakeholders including contractors and regulatory bodies, and driving project success in a demanding sector.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and closeout in Rustenburg .
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and manage their performance.

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in construction project management , with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex project schedules effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; PMP certification is a plus.
