Costing & Contracts Manager

A well‑established steel‑construction organisation in Rustenburg is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Costing & Contracts Manager
. The successful candidate will oversee detailed costing, contractual administration, and commercial management across steel‑fabrication and construction projects, including work within the mining sector.

This role requires strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC & NEC3), advanced costing ability, and a professional, analytical approach to managing risk, compliance, and commercial outcomes.

• BSc Construction Management (preferred)
• Engineering Degree
• Engineering Diploma
• BSc Quantity Surveying
• PMP Certification
• Added Advantage:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager
• Steel Fabrication Costing — Detailed costing & estimating within steel fabrication and construction
• Mining‑sector experience (highly advantageous)
• Contracts Management — Strong practical experience in managing contracts
• FIDIC & NEC3 contract experience essential

• Costing & Estimating — Prepare detailed costings for steel‑construction and fabrication projects
• Contract Administration — Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, and compliance
• Commercial Management — Oversee commercial risk, cost control, and profitability
• FIDIC & NEC3 — Apply contractual frameworks to project execution and dispute resolution
• Stakeholder Coordination — Liaise with clients, engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Risk Management — Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Reporting — Prepare commercial reports, cost summaries, and contract‑status updates

• Bilingual with strong communication skills
• Must pass an Occupational Medical Fitness Certificate
• Clear criminal record
