About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and reliable Construction Foreman to lead our skilled trades teams on various projects in and around Rustenburg . As a Foreman, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will directly supervise construction workers, manage resources, and coordinate with project managers to achieve project milestones.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and practical construction expertise in the North West province.

• Direct and supervise the daily activities of construction crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Inspect work completed by crews and subcontractors to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
