Construction Project Foreman

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Foreman to lead site operations in Rustenburg. As a Foreman, you will be directly responsible for supervising daily construction activities, guiding the work of trade crews, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands‑on leadership, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of various construction trades and techniques.

You will be the critical link between project management and the on‑site workforce, ensuring smooth execution and successful project delivery in the North West province.

• Direct and manage on‑site construction crews, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings, providing clear direction to the team.
• Monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific safety plans.
• Maintain site tidiness and organization, managing tools, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Conduct daily safety toolbox talks and report any incidents or near misses immediately.

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
