Remote Project Manager - Construction & Development

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction and development projects remotely, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate effectively with on-site teams, contractors, and vendors through virtual communication channels.

• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular virtual progress reviews and provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , specifically within the construction or development sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects remotely, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management with suppliers and subcontractors.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
