Site Supervisor - Mining Operations Leader

Our client, a dynamic construction firm, is looking for a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily operations on construction sites in Rustenburg, North West. This hands‑on role requires an individual who can effectively oversee site activities, ensure the smooth progress of work, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for supervising tradespeople, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that all construction activities are carried out according to plans and specifications.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
