• Represent the firm at client and project briefing meetings.
• Develop accurate concept designs in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support graphic design and 3D visualisation for presentations.
• Produce and coordinate working drawings with the Junior team.
• Deliver mixed-use, large-scale residential, retail, and commercial projects.
• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and independently coordinate with Engineers.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead, motivate, and guide Junior teams effectively.
• Excellent client liaison.

• Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch).
• Registered with SACAP.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience.
• Advanced Revit proficiency (certification advantageous) with strong BIM capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of council submissions, technical detailing, construction documentation, site administration, and project management.
• Strong organisational skills, record keeping, and communication.
• Client-focused, able to work independently and within a team.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage Junior teams, meet deadlines, and build strong client and project relationships.
• Advantageous:
  Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation software for presentations.
