About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead Architectural Designer to spearhead creative direction and project delivery from their Rustenburg office. This senior role demands exceptional design talent, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for guiding design teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality architectural solutions that meet client objectives and exceed industry standards.

- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for diverse projects.
- Oversee and guide design teams throughout all project phases, ensuring adherence to design vision and quality standards.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and manage expectations.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability principles.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high design integrity.
- Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading design teams and managing significant architectural projects.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and strong aesthetic sensibilities.
- Proficiency in industry-leading design software such as Revit , Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
