Senior Architect

Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Architect to lead key projects within their established firm in Rustenburg . This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong portfolio and proven leadership capabilities to guide design teams from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for the overall quality, integrity, and successful delivery of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and regulatory standards.

The position offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the firm's projects and mentorship of junior staff in the North West region, contributing to architectural excellence.

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from inception to handover.
• Oversee the work of junior architects and architectural technologists.
• Develop innovative design solutions and present them to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, planning regulations, and professional standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
