Architectural Project Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee diverse projects for their office in Rustenburg . This role demands a blend of architectural acumen and strong project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle, from client liaison and design development to site supervision and final handover.

This is a crucial position for driving project success and client satisfaction within the North West province.

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the development of architectural designs, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with all relevant standards and codes in Rustenburg .
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, resolving any issues that arise.
• Prepare project reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication within project teams and ensure clear documentation of all project decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related construction management field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and architectural CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD , Revit ).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and planning procedures in the North West region is essential.
