Early Years Educator - Playgroup Leader

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and energetic Early Years Educator to lead their playgroup in Rustenburg . This role focuses on creating a vibrant and supportive environment where young children can learn through play and exploration. You will be responsible for planning and delivering stimulating activities that cater to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers. This position requires a proactive individual who can foster a love of learning, manage a small group of children effectively, and collaborate with parents on their child's educational journey, working a hybrid schedule that combines direct interaction with planning and administrative tasks.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging play-based learning activities for children aged 2-4 years.
• Lead and supervise small groups of children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and active participation.
• Observe and document children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating play environment, ensuring all resources are accessible and well-managed.
• Communicate positively and professionally with parents, addressing inquiries and building strong partnerships.

• Experience working with young children in an early years setting .
