Develop and implement standardized inventory, operational systems, policies and procedures to enhance efficiencies across the roads and storm water infrastructure value chain

Develop roads and storm water infrastructure plans

Inspect, repair and maintain all road and storm water infrastructure, create a multidisciplinary check list to inform the execution of associated activities

Develop roads and storm water drainage management Standard Operating Procedures, processes and procedures for roads and storm water infrastructure rehabilitation, construction, repairs and maintenance, etc.

Provide appropriate supervision to direct reports and provide relevant mentoring and coaching

Adhere to high standards of ethical behaviour and communicate instances of unethical behaviour through the appropriate channels
