- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new chemical processes and technologies.

- Manage engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in chemical process design, project management, and plant operations.
- Deep understanding of chemical reaction engineering, process control, and thermodynamics.
- Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
