Industrial Process Engineer

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Industrial Process Engineer to join our client's innovative team in Rustenburg . This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing complex industrial processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will leverage your expertise in engineering principles and cutting-edge technologies to tackle challenging projects within the North West region, driving operational excellence and innovation in a demanding industrial environment.

• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to meet production demands.
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, focusing on cost reduction and quality enhancement.
• Develop technical specifications and process documentation, including P&IDs and operational guides.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and process lines.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial process engineering.
• Strong background in process design, simulation, and optimization techniques.
• Expertise in project management and a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, simulation packages).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
