• Develop, implement, and manage process safety management (PSM) systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), including HAZOP, LOPA, and FMEA studies, to identify and evaluate risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans based on PHA findings.
• Oversee the management of change (MOC) process to ensure safety implications of changes are thoroughly assessed.
• Develop and deliver process safety training programs to relevant personnel.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Investigate process safety incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain process safety information (PSI) and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to process safety in the
  ** Oil & Gas
  ** sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process safety engineering, specifically within the
  ** Oil & Gas
  ** industry or similar hazardous industries.
• In-depth knowledge of PSM elements (e.g., OSHA PSM, CCPS guidelines).
• Proven experience in conducting and facilitating PHAs.
• Strong understanding of safety instrumented systems (SIS) and risk reduction measures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the operational environment in
