5G Network Implementation Specialist

• Plan, execute, and oversee the deployment of 5G network elements, including base stations, core network functions, and backhaul.
• Configure and optimize 5G RAN and core network parameters to ensure performance and reliability targets are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to 5G deployment and operation.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new 5G sites and services.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, network diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments for new 5G deployments.
• Ensure compliance with network standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in testing and validation phases for new hardware and software releases.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during implementation and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in 5G technology and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile network deployment and implementation, with a strong focus on 5G technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of 5G , NSA/SA architectures, and related standards (e.g., 3
  
  GPP).
• Hands-on experience with RAN equipment (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei) and 5G core network functions.
• Proficiency in network configuration, scripting, and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of IP networking, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, and firewalls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in mobile technologies are a plus.
