Senior Civil Engineer

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and water systems.
• Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies to assess project viability and requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineering staff and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Perform quality control checks and site inspections throughout the construction phase.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and potential issues proactively.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Strong understanding of South African construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites within
