Senior RF Engineer

• Design and optimize RF networks, including site selection, antenna placement, and propagation modeling.
• Conduct RF performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Perform drive testing and data analysis to evaluate network coverage, capacity, and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related interference and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain RF design documentation, including site plans, RF profiles, and equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with planning, integration, and optimization teams to ensure seamless network deployment.
• Stay current with the latest RF technologies, standards (e.g., 4G, 5G), and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on RF design principles.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and selection processes for RF equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in RF engineering, specifically within the mobile telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet).
• Solid understanding of RF propagation principles, antenna theory, and cellular network design.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of various wireless technologies, including LTE, UMTS, and 5G .
• Familiarity with RF site acquisition processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to different sites as needed.
