Lead UX​/UI Designer - Gaming

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to guide the user experience and interface design for their upcoming gaming titles. This critical role involves translating complex gameplay mechanics into intuitive and engaging user flows and interfaces. You will lead a team of designers, mentor junior talent, and collaborate closely with game directors, producers, and engineers to deliver exceptional player experiences.

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for gaming platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets for game features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and improve player experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and programmers, throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design , with a significant focus on game design or interactive media.
• Proven expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics , player psychology, and the gaming industry landscape.
