Our client is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Bank Manager to lead their branch operations in Rustenburg . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of commercial banking services, including business development, client relationship management, risk assessment, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding the bank's commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive business development initiatives to attract new commercial clients and expand existing relationships.
• Oversee credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk management for commercial lending activities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial banking team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial banking, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development, credit analysis, and relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
