Investment Banking Analyst

Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for an ambitious and highly driven Investment Banking Analyst to join their operations in Rustenburg . • Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) , debt, and equity financing transactions.
• Develop complex financial models, including valuation analyses, LBO models, and DCF models.
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction origination and execution.
• Coordinate with deal teams, clients, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Previous internship experience in investment banking , private equity, or corporate finance is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure in a demanding environment.
