About the Role
Our client in Rustenburg is seeking a dedicated and expert Senior Esthetician & Skin Care Specialist to join their established wellness clinic. This role is perfect for a professional passionate about skin health and advanced aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive skin assessments, personalized treatment plans, and a range of facial and body treatments designed to enhance client skin health and appearance.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of dermatological principles and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care and results in a professional setting.
- Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations to diagnose skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
- Administer specialized treatments for concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and sensitivity.
- Educate clients on effective home skincare routines and recommend suitable product lines.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in skin care technology , ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and track treatment progress.
- A valid Esthetician license or relevant certification in Skin Care.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Esthetician, with significant experience in clinical or medical esthetics.
- Expertise in performing advanced facial treatments , peels, and rejuvenation procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, dermatology, and cosmetic ingredients.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to upsell services and products ethically and effectively.
