About the Role
Our client, a high-end beauty salon in Rustenburg , seeks an experienced and dynamic Lead Esthetician to oversee their skincare services. This senior position involves providing expert facial treatments, performing advanced skin analysis, and guiding a team of estheticians to ensure exceptional client experiences and consistent service delivery. The Lead Esthetician will play a key role in elevating the salon's reputation for cutting-edge skincare solutions and maintaining a professional, client-focused environment.

- Perform a wide array of advanced facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser therapies, tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify specific skin concerns and conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens for clients to achieve optimal results.
- Train and mentor junior estheticians, ensuring adherence to service standards, safety protocols, and client care best practices.
- Manage inventory of skincare products and equipment, and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and product innovations in the esthetics field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician , with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Advanced certifications in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, or specialized facial techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dermatological conditions and ingredients.
- Exceptional client consultation and communication skills, with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of skincare professionals.
- Proficiency with various skincare equipment and technologies.
