This unique role combines hands‑on expertise in advanced nail artistry with the opportunity to train and mentor junior technicians. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of nail care and design while also developing and delivering training programs.
The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of nail technology, contributing to the studio's reputation for exceptional skill and service in the North West province.
- Perform all aspects of nail care, including manicures, pedicures, artificial nail enhancements (acrylics, gels), and intricate nail art.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules for new and existing nail technicians.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to the nail care team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in nail products, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Manage nail inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Contribute to the creative direction of nail services and marketing materials.
- A recognized Nail Technician qualification and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a professional Nail Technician with a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude for training, mentoring, or educating others.
- Expertise in various nail application techniques, including gel, acrylic, and advanced art.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to client satisfaction and hygiene.
