Our client, a highly reputable and state-of-the-art cosmetic clinic located in the heart of Rustenburg , is seeking an exceptional Lead Cosmetic Tattoo Artist & Permanent Makeup Specialist . This is a critical role responsible for delivering high-quality permanent makeup procedures, including microblading, ombre brows, eyeliner, and lip blushing. As the Lead Artist, you will also play a role in mentoring junior artists, overseeing quality control, and contributing to service innovation.

Perform a comprehensive range of cosmetic tattooing procedures with precision and artistry. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired outcomes, assess facial features, and select appropriate techniques and colors. Design natural-looking permanent makeup that complements each client's unique features. Administer treatments ensuring client comfort, safety, and adherence to strict hygiene protocols. Manage pre- and post-procedure client care instructions and follow-ups.

Maintain a pristine and well-organized treatment environment, including sterilization of equipment. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the permanent makeup industry. Mentor and guide junior artists, providing technical feedback and support. Contribute to the development and refinement of service offerings and treatment standards. Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and consistent results.

Recognized certification and extensive training in cosmetic tattooing and permanent makeup techniques (e.g., microblading, digital PMU). Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a practicing Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a high level of skill, artistry, and diverse techniques. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, symmetry, and color theory. Expertise in hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and sterilization procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule in Rustenburg . A keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving flawless results. Experience in leading or mentoring junior staff is highly advantageous. Passion for the beauty industry and continuous skill development.
