About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and empathetic Senior Massage Therapist & Wellness Coach to join their esteemed wellness center in Rustenburg, North West . This role requires a deep understanding of therapeutic massage techniques coupled with the ability to guide clients on their holistic wellness journey. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage treatments, developing individualized wellness plans, and fostering a tranquil and rejuvenating environment for clients seeking relief and improved well-being.

• Perform a variety of advanced massage modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and aromatherapy.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their physical needs and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement personalized wellness programs , incorporating exercise, nutrition, and stress management advice.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and strategies to maintain their well-being between sessions.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting treatments, progress, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to ensure integrated client care.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a certified Massage Therapist.
• Advanced certifications in multiple massage modalities and wellness coaching .
• Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Strong understanding of holistic health principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a client caseload.
