About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior Massage Therapist to join their wellness center in Rustenburg . This role involves providing a comprehensive range of therapeutic massage services, from deep tissue to relaxation, while also contributing to the overall client experience and service quality. You will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic well-being, leveraging your expertise to address client needs and promote recovery and relaxation.

• Perform various types of therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their medical history, pain points, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate home care strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated care solutions.

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a massage therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate demeanor.
