About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and versatile Human Resources Officer to join their team in Rustenburg . This role will involve managing a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policy implementation, and supporting employee relations. You will be instrumental in ensuring HR practices are effective, compliant with legislation, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture within the North West province.

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process for various vacancies.
• Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Support the HR Manager in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within the HR Information System.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR software and proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
