About the Role

Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy, is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Rustenburg . This is an office-based role where you will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent for a variety of clients. You will be involved in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about connecting people with opportunities and contributing to the success of businesses in the North West province.

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their organizational culture and specific hiring requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with various recruitment technologies and databases.
