Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth market research and intelligence gathering for executive search assignments.
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify passive candidates for senior roles.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
- Manage client relationships, providing expert consultation on market trends and talent acquisition.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and reference checks.
- Prepare comprehensive search reports and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in C-suite and director-level positions.
- Exceptional networking, research, and persuasive communication skills.
- Deep understanding of various industry sectors and leadership competencies.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, based in our Rustenburg office.
