- Proven experience as an Educational Technology Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), interactive whiteboards, and other educational software.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse user groups.
