Provide Administrative and Support Functions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores and dispatch environment
• Store keeping and stock control or related diploma or degree advantageous
• Computer literacy on Microsoft office

• Performing all inventory related transactions in Syspro regarding stock transfer / issues /usages.
• Write offs of obsolete stock in Syspro with approved documentation.
• Provide support to Stakeholders – Internal and External Supply feedback for audit queries from internal and external auditors.
• Monitor the GIT Account with the SCT department and review monthly.
• Ad-Hoc tasks as required.
• Processing of stock transfers in Syspro]
• Record all relevant stock movements
• Administer stock journals where required
• Participate in and Record all stock counts.
• Identification of all stock
• Implement and maintain FIFO system
• Receive, store, issue stock and deliveries in line with procedures.
• Manage, plan and conduct all stock takes
• Investigate all variances
• Check DigiSOL daily to ensure all movement is recorded on systems.
• Daily invoicing of mine deliveries to be dispatched
• Schedule Mine deliveries on the Delivery Schedule and with the driver
• Conduct daily Vehicle inspection with the driver
• Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock
• Ensure the storeroom meets OHS regulations
• Adhere to OHS regulations
• Maintain Housekeeping

Sound understanding and application of financial management principles

Strong background and understanding of warehouse management principles

Knowledge of stock, cost, and risk

Knowledge of Customer service excellence

Strong customer orientation

Good communication skills

Computer literacy

Strong financial acumen
