Supply Chain Specialist - FMCG

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize logistics operations for their extensive FMCG portfolio in Rustenburg . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, managing inventory levels, and coordinating transportation to meet demand promptly and cost-effectively. • Oversee and manage daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in supply chain management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, specifically within the FMCG sector .
• Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques, warehousing, and transportation management systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving within a supply chain context.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
