- Dust and sanitize the conference table, chairs, and any equipment (TV screens, remotes, fridges).
- Clean glass doors or partitions.
- Clean the inside of windows to remove smudges/fingerprints
- Vacuum or mop the floor.
- Empty bins and replace bin liners when needed
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches.
- Check and tidy up before/after meetings if needed.
- Dust top of all features and corners to prevent dust build up
- Maintain overall tidiness and professional appearance.
- Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary.
- Check for pest control issues.
- Report or address any maintenance issues.
- Sanitize after illness outbreaks or during flu seasons.
- Keep storage area in the duct area neat and tidy at all times.
- Cleaning of cloths and mops to be done daily.
- Weekly washing of these in the wash machine.
- Assist receptionist with consumables tracking for monthly grocery and cleaning materials purchases.
