• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals to perform duties efficiently and effectively.
• Assign tasks, supervise work in progress, and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to inspect work quality, identify any deficiencies, and provide immediate feedback.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs for replenishment to management.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, including the correct use of chemicals and equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site supervisors or clients regarding daily cleaning matters.

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a commercial cleaning environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation practices , and the safe use of cleaning agents and machinery.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
