Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a versatile and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support their operations in Rustenburg . You will be responsible for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring all systems and infrastructure are in optimal condition. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Address and resolve maintenance requests and repair needs promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building infrastructure to avoid breakdowns.
• Perform general repairs, such as carpentry, painting, and minor construction tasks.
• Ensure the safety and security of the facility by maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist with groundskeeping and general upkeep of the premises as needed.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar general maintenance role.
• Broad knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
