About the Role
Our client seeks a highly accomplished Principal Management Consultant with deep expertise in Operations to join their practice, supporting clients in the Rustenburg region and beyond. This senior role requires a strategic thinker capable of diagnosing complex operational challenges, designing innovative solutions, and leading significant transformation programs. You will work closely with C-suite executives to optimize supply chains, enhance process efficiencies, and drive operational excellence.
This is a leadership position offering substantial responsibility and the chance to shape the operational strategies of key organizations.
- Oversee and lead large-scale operational improvement initiatives for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results.
- Develop and implement advanced supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and process optimization strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive operational due diligence and provide strategic recommendations for mergers and acquisitions.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering or Operations Management).
- Over 10 years of experience in operations management, supply chain consulting, or a related field, with a strong track record in a consultancy setting.
- Proven expertise in areas such as logistics, procurement, manufacturing excellence, and service operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
