Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Aviation Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their growing operations based in Rustenburg . This role involves overseeing diverse aviation projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mitigate risks associated with complex aviation undertakings.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and external vendors.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Communicate project progress, status updates, and key decisions to all relevant parties.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager , preferably within the aviation sector .
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
