Program Director

Our client is looking for a visionary Program Director to oversee and guide the strategic direction of their key initiatives within the Rustenburg community. This role requires strong leadership to manage program staff, ensure operational efficiency, and drive impactful outcomes. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our programs, fostering collaboration with local stakeholders, and ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of the community.

This is an on-site position demanding a dedicated leader committed to maximizing our client's social impact.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of program development and implementation.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficient resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of program staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders in Rustenburg .
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and prepare comprehensive reports on outcomes and impact.

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
