Project Manager - Renewable Energy Infrastructure

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager to spearhead the development and execution of major renewable energy infrastructure projects in Rustenburg . This critical role involves overseeing all phases of project lifecycle, from initial conception and planning through to construction and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Manage all aspects of renewable energy projects , including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental , and quality regulations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (e.g., solar, wind) and their associated project development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
