About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on and strategic Plant Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing facility in Rustenburg . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods while meeting quality standards and delivery targets. You will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, safety, and personnel management. • Manage all aspects of daily plant operations, including production scheduling and output.
• Ensure adherence to stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations.
