You will be responsible for analyzing production lines, implementing new technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key part in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes.

• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Design and optimize factory layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Research and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Track and report on key manufacturing KPIs, such as OEE, cycle time, and scrap rates.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and TQM.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
