• Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies on the production floor.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
