You will work closely with production staff, quality control, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and manage daily chemical production activities to meet targets.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliability.
• Investigate production variances and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop training programs for production operators on new processes and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering within the chemical sector.
• Demonstrated experience with production scheduling and resource management.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems is a plus.
