Production Efficiency Engineer

Our client is looking for a dedicated Production Efficiency Engineer to join their team in Rustenburg . This position is vital for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for analyzing existing production lines, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize output, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effectiveness. • Monitor production performance metrics and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and output.
• Conduct detailed analysis of production processes, from raw material input to finished goods.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
