- Analyze social media metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and content strategy.
- Proven ability to grow social media presence and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Experience with graphic design tools for social media content creation is a plus.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
