About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Rustenburg . This role is crucial for optimizing our online sales channels and expanding our digital footprint. You will manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention for our e-commerce operations. This position offers the chance to work in a hybrid setting, blending office collaboration with remote flexibility, and to contribute significantly to the strategic direction of our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and display advertising.
- Optimize website content and user experience for improved conversion rates and customer satisfaction in the e-commerce environment.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Support the development of content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay abreast of industry best practices.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing , with a significant portion focused on e-commerce.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
